发电机机组出现冒火花的出现的原因有哪些?

1、轴承振荡大。一二期大轴都带励磁机,因为轴承长、带的附加设备多了,振荡天然就很难控制到最低。天然气发电机发电机组长期运转,疲惫、老化等等杂乱要素引起轴承振荡加大,电刷跟着震动,将使刷柱摩擦不均、引线及绷簧松动,发作局部冒火花渐渐进一步影响大局。
