防止燃气发电机组温度不稳定的方法

燃气发电机组在工作时要确保恒定的工作温度。但是燃气发电机在运行的时候会产生热量,并且受环境的过热过冷的影响,也会影响燃气发电机组的温度。

燃气发电机组过热容易使零部件损坏。如果天气过冷,导致机油和柴油凝固,就会加重低温腐蚀。从而产生低温油泥。机油在高温的情况下会出现氧化变质的现象。

保持燃气发电机组在工作时的正常温度实际上就是为了能够避免由于温度过高使曲轴等零部件强度变低、磨损加剧。再者就是使机油泵有较大的泵油量,以保证摩擦表面得到可靠的冷却和润滑。因为机油泵的泵油量与机油的温度有很大关系,温度过高或过低,均可使泵油量降低,只有油温正常时泵油量最大,这时机油黏度适当,既有流动性较好,这样可以减少泵内的回流量。
